"Where do I start... we recently had Bernie’s Blue Line Barbecue cater our wedding and it was by far the best food/experience we had in a while. Jason was nothing but professional, kind, understanding and an amazing cook! From the beginning Jason has been on top of things and made the best of all situations (COVID 19) to ensure everything went off without a hitch. The day of the wedding Jason and his group were on time friendly and always smiling! All of our guest could not stop talking about how delicious the food was and how the team was amazing in a whole! Even our other vendors said that they were a pleasure to work with! We are looking forward to many more events in the future with Jason and Bernie’s Blue Line Barbecue!"

"Took advantage of the family meal over the weekend. We got 2 of the meals one as advertised with the pulled pork and then a second with the pork and chicken. The baked beans with sausage, coleslaw, and corn bread muffins. Everything was yummy. Nothing was dry. The coleslaw was different had a nice sweetness to it, tasted good the next day too. Can't wait for another meal opportunity."

"Reached out to Jason for a last minute party (when we were allowed to open for small groups). It was clear that he is very conscious of all safety standards. He was extremely helpful from the beginning! Offered suggestions for the menu (app/ entree/ sides).Great attention to detail! The stuffed mushrooms/ jalapeños are fantastic! Could not stop eating them! The Smoked Mac & Cheese is delicious. The baked beans have pineapple and chunks of pork in it! Yummy! Pulled pork is the best I’ve ever tasted! Cannot say enough about the food! Mojito Wings portions are HUGE (had a TON of leftovers), prices are reasonable. Full service caterer, homemade sauces and PICKLES are included. Jason has great attention to detail AND customer service! Highly recommend him for any party! Will be sure to book him ahead of time! Especially soon!!!"
